Here is a tutorial on how to make basic Pre-rendered Backgrounds in engine. 

WARNING, This tutorial has to be done BEFORE the World Partition (Map system) is implemented. Make your level, when you are 100% happy with it, make the PRBG, then add the World Partition

I don't know enough about blender to do all that stuff you talked about in the beginning of the video. Can you do a different tutorial that is using unreal engine only

@rdograndy this tutorial is just using the Unreal Engine only. I mentioned the Blender tutorial as the reason why I did the UE tutorial
