Hello, how long does it usually take to provide full documentation access? I provided my order ID a couple of days ago, so I was wondering.

I need a few details.
I have Fab and Epic games on my GMail(because I trust it more for reliability since I don't want to lose access to my àssets and pruchases) and for the Forum I use another eMail service and eMail id.

How is this situation handled when it comes to giving documentation access?

Also, is the documentation linked to email or forum ID?

What exactly is the documentation? Is it videos, Wiki, pdf or ...?

@kosur No worries. Simply send us the Order ID that Epic Games provided for your purchase, and we’ll grant you access to the documentation. It doesn’t matter if the email address you use on our forum is different from the one associated with your Fab/Epic Games account. Once we grant you access, you can find the documentation directly on our website.

How do I send the OrderID? Do I email it?
