Good afternoon, I'm having trouble equipping the pipe. When I click 'equip,' nothing happens; the 'E' symbol doesn't even appear on the weapon like it does for the pistol and shotgun. No error message pops up, and I'm not sure how to fix it

Hey! Thanks for reaching out

Could you let me know how you ran into this issue? Are you using the default pipe that comes with the framework, or have you made any changes/customizations to it?

@neoakiro How did you update it? What do you mean by version 1.8? Because the latest version of the Modern Survival Horror Framework is v0.2.3. Did you download the most recent version from the Epic Launcher?

@hosna Let's say I started with an older version of the project, then a few days ago I downloaded a newer one and ported most of the things I had in my old version. After doing that, the pipe stopped working. Everything else is fine, but I don't know what happened when I ported everything.

@neoakiro Thanks for the details! From what you described, it looks like the issue happened during your porting process. It seems something didn’t port correctly and may have broken some internal references. Since the framework is a standalone project, the safest way to get the latest version right now is to download a fresh copy from the Epic Launcher. Then you can transfer your project one by one for your old custom codes to the new version (from inside the project, not at the explorer) and test each part before porting another portion. Unfortunately, due to the nature of the templates, this is the only way at the moment. However, once we reach version 1.0 and leave Early Access, we’ll launch a PATCH section on our site. It’s already there but currently empty. In that section, we’ll provide a DIY guide showing step by step how to apply updates to your project, with full details, screenshots, and video tutorials.
